Notifying our customers of Boil Advisories and Outages by Phone Calls and a new Map on our Website
Please make sure we have an updated phone number so you will receive a phone call if we have a boil advisory or Outage in your area. You will now receive a phone call and there is a map on our webpage to notify you of the area affected. Click on Outages & Alert Map Once you are in the map you can click on the current outages on the right side of the map and it will zoom into the area. It will be removed once the boil advisory or outage is over. -
